In the fiscal year 2022/23, the ACP Group recorded a revenue of 900 million euros and employed over 2,200 employees.
ACP was founded in Vienna in 1993 and has since grown into a leading IT company with branches in Germany. Until 2013, the majority of the company's shares were owned by the Swiss private equity firm Capvis, after the founders sold their shares. However, in April 2013, the company was fully acquired through a management buyout, with co-founder and former CEO Stefan Csizy becoming the largest individual shareholder. ACP is now owned by just over 100 shareholders, most of whom are actively involved in the company. While ACP previously operated in Switzerland and briefly in Poland and Romania, the company has made the strategic decision to focus on its core markets of Germany and Austria and withdraw from other countries.
